How to Obtain Legal Authorization to Use a Signal Jammer

To obtain legal authorization to use a signal jammer in Paraguay, it is necessary to submit an application to the National Telecommunications Agency (Conatel). This application must include detailed information about the reason for using the signal jammer, as well as technical specifications about the signal jammer itself. The application must also include proof of payment for applicable administrative fees. Once the application is submitted, Conatel will review the application and decide if the use of the signal jammer is justified in the particular circumstances.
