Signal Jammers in Tajikistan

Individuals, businesses, and non-governmental organizations are not allowed to use signal jammers unless expressly authorized by the competent authorities. The Ministry of Communications of Tajikistan is the regulatory body responsible for overseeing the use of signal jammers in the country. The competent authorities review each request for the use of signal jammers on a case-by-case basis, based on the advanced security reasons provided. Requests are processed within a period of 30 business days.

Legal authorization to use a signal jammer

To obtain legal authorization to use a signal jammer in Tajikistan, it is necessary to submit a written application to the Ministry of Communications. The application must include a clear justification for the need to use a signal jammer, as well as the technical specifications of the proposed device. The application must also be accompanied by authorization from the government agency that will be responsible for the use of the signal jammer. Once the application is submitted, the competent authorities will conduct an investigation into the relevance of using the signal jammer. If the request is approved, the applicant will receive a written authorization to use the signal jammer. If the request is rejected, the applicant can appeal the decision to the Ministry of Communications.
