Regulation of Signal Jammers Use in Belarus

How to Obtain Legal Authorization to Use a Signal Jammer

To obtain legal authorization to use a signal jammer in Belarus, you must submit a written application to the State Committee for Communications and Information Technology. This application should include a detailed description of the facility where you intend to use the signal jammer, as well as a justification for the necessity of its use. The committee will review the application and provide a response within 10 business days of its receipt. If the application is approved, you will need to obtain a signal jammer usage license from the Ministry of Information, Technologies, and Communications.
