Regulation of Signal Jammers in Croatia

Regulation of Signal Jammers in Croatia

Authorization Process

To obtain legal authorization to use a signal jammer in Croatia, it is necessary to submit an application to the Agency for the Regulation of Communication Networks. The application must be accompanied by a detailed justification for the need to use a signal jammer, as well as a complete description of the device to be used. It is important to note that authorization is only granted to legal entities and public organizations. Individuals are not allowed to use signal jammers in Croatia, except in exceptional cases and with special authorization.
